Why Roasted Reserves?

Because you’re not like everyone else — and neither are we. Our coffee is bold, rich, and unapologetically unique, just like you. Roasted Reserves is your caffeinated ally, fueling your energy to create, disrupt, and live with confidence.

Do you ship overseas?

For the moment we ship to all addresses within the United States only.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How long will it take to get my orders?

All coffee is made to order and It depends on where you are. US deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

For coffee/tea, we offer a full refund on your first order if you're not satisfied, no questions asked. For subsequent orders, returns are only accepted if damaged, and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise cannot be returned for size/color issues or change of mind, but damaged items can be replaced or refunded within 15 days. Supplies can be returned within 15 days with a clear photo of the issue to start the return/refund process.
